No matter what service you join us for, there is no dress code, we have childcare but children are welcome to stay for the whole service and our once a month communion is open to everyone searching for a deeper relationship with Jesus.
We have accessibility parking in both our parking lots.
16th Street Parking Lot
The accessibility parking spaces are located close to the Gym entrance of the campus, beside the play ground. From these spaces you can enter via the closest doors into the building, the hallway will take you to our elevator. For the Sanctuary you go down one level. For our gym, you go up two levels.
Inglewood Street Parking Lot
The accessibility parking spaces are located on the flatter area of the parking lot. Entering the building here will take you into our Narthex. The Sanctuary is located just off the Narthex. The elevator is also located in the Narthex.
Other things to know about Sundays.
Childcare
Children are always welcome in our worship services, but if you would like a break to focus on the sermon or to be more present in worship, you can drop your child off with our wonderful childcare staff before or during the services. You can find childcare for Infants and toddlers in room 4 in our preschool building. Following the signs or bravely asking for directions is the easiest way to get there.
Godly Play
Godly Play happens during the services for children aged 3 to 7 years old. Through Godly Play, we invite children to explore and interact with Bible Stories while igniting curiosity and wonder about God and their faith. Parents sign children in for Godly Play at the back of the gym or sanctuary; our caregivers escort them to Room 11, where parents can pick them up after worship.
Children's Sunday School
Children start the education time in Fellowship Hall (way down in the basement) for Gathering Time. They sing a couple of songs with our Contemporary Worship Leader, Alan, and then they head with their teachers to their Sunday school room.
If you would like more information about our Sunday School classes you can contact our Director of Spiritual Formation, Ben Stewart.
Youth
Our youth meet in our Youth Lounge, upstairs behind our Sanctuary. If you would like more information about youth Sunday school, which we call 10:10, contact our Youth Director, Keeley Harris.
Adult Sunday School Class
We usually have one education class on a Sunday morning for Adults. The topics for these classes vary through the year, from classes on social justice and famous Christians to books of the Bible. More information on the classes can be found in the bulletins.
Meditation Group
We understand that sometimes people need time to clear their minds. Our Meditation time is open to anyone who wants or needs it. It meets in our Meditation room for guided meditation and silence.
Just Coffee
If you aren't in the mood for education, you don't want silence, you can always just hang out. Just Coffee is a place for people to relax and connect. No themes, no education, just fellowship.
