We have read and agree to comply with the “Policies and Regulations Regarding Use of Church Facilities by Non- Church Groups ” (on website) and with the new update: o not prop the door or put anything in the door to keep it open. The first violation is a warning, the second violation is a $50 fee, and the third violation your group is no longer able to rent space in the building. Insurance is required for business rentals.
We, the undersigned, in consideration of being allowed to use the facilities and property of Trinity Presbyterian Church, 5533 North 16th Street, Arlington, VA 22205, do agree to hold said church, its officers, agents, members and employees harmless from any damages or injuries resulting at any time, heretofore or hereafter, from the usage of said facilities and property.
